Today we get to announce what will be the very first offering from eNaropa online.

Registration is now open for a new professional development course, Mindful at Work. In Mindful at Work you’ll engage eight weeks of online instruction led by Susan Skjei, Ph.D. Director of the Authentic Leadership Center at Naropa University.
In our fast-paced society, the need to bring contemplative practices into our work and life has never been more necessary. The course will offer practical tools for cultivating clarity, compassion, and results in organizations across all professional fields. As a participant, you will explore how to skillfully apply mindfulness to planning, decision making, building relationships and teams, deepening communication, and overcoming stress.
Over eight weeks, participants will receive dynamic, on-demand, self-paced instruction and home exercises, as well as bi-weekly direct engagement with faculty and fellow attendees in live online instruction and guided practices. Participants will network online together via assigned exercises and forum discussions.
